Remember, Images can help you with anything you desire, whether it'll be a broken copier, a broken computer, or if you just want a new machine! We can be at your location within the greater Chicago Metropolitan area anytime during our normal business hours of 8am to 5pm.

Our base rate for on-site labor is $115.00 an hour, with an additional $10.00 surcharge for every 10 miles we travel from Images' central location in Addison. Large color copiers are subject a surcharge of $57.50. Also remember that you can bring in your machine to our convenient Addison repair shop! Our base rate for in-house labor is $95.00 an hour. We, at Images, can accommodate to you! We understand the minds of machines, and the bad news is they don't always respect our schedule. If you run into an emergency at an obscure time of day, feel free to call our emergency line, where Images' founder Jeff Harris is there to answer the phone and offer technical assistance.
